While local churches have the primary role in preparing and sending global workers, the complexity of long-term work in cross-cultural contexts requires specialized preparation, which many churches are not equipped to provide.

Located in Western Asia, Safir Global Training offers a complete training experience by planting participants in a local community for full language and cultural immersion. This environment facilitates language and culture acquisition skills essential for ministry longevity.

Our unique eight-month program equips you to serve among the nations through immersive, internationally based training. You'll learn language acquisition by doing it, guided by veteran global workers, residential mentors, and visiting field experts. The program blends biblical, missiological, and practical training—shaping character through real-world pressures while preparing you to develop sustainable business models for long-term presence in difficult locations.

We are looking for men, women, families, and singles who:

  • Are affirmed by their church to serve overseas long-term
  • Are at least 24 years old

The Safir Global Training Center is located in Western Asia in a location strategically chosen for its centrality to unreached areas and people groups. Due to security reasons, we cannot disclose more details about the exact location of the Training Center online.

In communities near the training facility.

For the long-term health of the family and work, we do expect both spouses to participate in the program. Children of all ages, as well, have programming designed specifically for them and are cared for while their parents are in classes.
