Administrative Assistant and Operations Team

Kaitlin brings a blend of creative expertise and ministry experience to Safir’s Team. With a background in interior design and nearly a decade in architecture and space planning, she has long paired her attention to detail with a heart oriented toward service. Over the years, she has been deeply involved in her local church and, most recently, completed a theological cohort and global worker training program abroad.

At Safir, Kaitlin helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Training Center. She works closely with Rob to oversee the facilities utilized by students, foster communication between the operations team, students, instructors, and guests, coordinate events, and support the center’s budget and planning needs. Her aim is to delight in God and faithfully proclaim His name while supporting both the Training Center and the local community in their walks with Him.
