Operations Manager and Mentors

Will and Suzanne have been married 24 years and have six children. Will worked 27 years in the business world, 21 of those years as a small business owner. They enjoyed serving through their local church to disciple couples and singles and pray for and support field workers. Eventually God led their family to live among a tribe in East Africa where, through the local village church, they helped equip church pastors and leaders, led Bible studies in the village, discipled believers, and oversaw various operations and compassionate care to the most vulnerable of the village. They were blessed to see the church transition from missionary-led to African-led.

In 2024, Will and Suzanne moved to Western Asia to join the team at Safir. They are thankful and excited for the opportunity to come alongside global workers to encourage and equip them to faithfully fulfill the call God has placed on their lives.
